1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on products only under the following circumstances:

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

We only provide refunds for damaged items. Damage must be clearly documented with photos sent to info@shopbabebag.com.

 

2. Notification of Damage

Please notify us immediately at info@shopbabebag.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We must receive this information within 2 days of you receiving the product to process your claim.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
